Upon arrival to Holly Lake Ranch, guests will need to stop by the Security Office at the front gate to obtain their guest pass. A valid driver's license is required. Guests will then be able to proceed to the rental cabin and can access the unit with an assigned passcode for the front door smart-lock. Full check-in instructions will be sent to the guest within 48-hours prior to arrival.
No events allowed
No events allowed. Gatherings beyond booked guests are strictly prohibited. Any additional visitors must be approved in writing and names submitted to host to register them with Holly Lake Ranch Security.
Pets are allowed
Up to two (2) well-mannered house-broken dogs over the age of 1 year old and up-to-date on shots allowed. Must not be left alone unless crated. (Guest must provide crate.) No excessive barking and must be on leash when not in home or in fenced backyard. $75 non-refundable pet fee (for up to 2 dogs) required upon booking.
No smoking allowed
Hank’s Hideaway is a non-smoking and non-vaping rental unit. Smoking, vaping and marijuana use are NOT permitted anywhere within the home.
House Rules
*Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must stay in the rental cabin during the reserved dates.
*A copy of the driver's license of the primary renter must be submitted upon booking.
*All guests 18+ years of age must be listed on the Rental Agreement which is submitted to Holly Lake Security to register for required guest passes.
*A maximum of 6 people are allowed to occupy the rental cabin.
*No parties and no unauthorized guests are allowed without prior written approval.
*No smoking or vaping are allowed in the rental unit.
*Approved pet(s) must not be left alone in the rental unit or in the fenced yard and must be current on all vaccinations.
*Guests should be respectful of the quiet atmosphere of the community. No loud noise or music that would be disturbing to the neighbors and other homeowners.
*Anyone bringing a boat or other watercraft to be used on HLR lakes will incur a $50 guest use fee collected at the Security Office upon arrival.
*Primary renter is responsible for conveying house rules to all guests.
*Rental Agreement will need to be reviewed and signed within 72 hours of booking to finalize reservation.
*A copy of the driver's license of the primary renter must be submitted upon booking.

Min age rule
25
Primary Renter must be at least 25 years of age and is required to be staying on-site in the rental cabin for the duration of the reservation. No 3rd-party bookings are accepted.
Payment Policy
Full payment along with a $250 Security Deposit are payable upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get be refunded 100% of the total amount paid. For reservations cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the reservation fees will be refunded plus the full amount of the security deposit and cleaning fee. Any cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, traveler will not be refunded any of the reservation fees, but will be refunded the full security deposit and cleaning fee.

Within 72 hours of booking the primary guest must review and sign our Rental Agreement along with submitting a copy of your valid driver’s license.
