Private parking available in the circular driveway in front of the home. No parking is allowed along the road per HOA rules.

Security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days after check-out as long as all house rules have been followed and no damaged or missing items.

Upon arrival to Holly Lake Ranch, guests will need to stop by the Security Office at the front gate to obtain their guest pass. A valid driver's license is required. Guests will then be able to proceed to the rental cabin and can access the unit with an assigned passcode for the front door smart-lock. Full check-in instructions will be sent to the guest within 48-hours prior to arrival. 

Your hosts Dina & Jim live fulltime at Holly Lake Ranch and are available anytime if issues arise. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions on our rental home or if you need recommendations for area restaurants or places to visit. 

Fully stocked kitchen with all your basic cooking and dining essentials. 

Nestled among the towering East Texas pine trees

No more than 6 people are allowed to occupy the rental cabin at any time. All adult guests must be listed on the signed rental agreement.

Screened back patio with gas fire table and outdoor seating overlooks fully fenced backyard. Front porch has outdoor rocking chairs.

We take safety seriously and want our guests to feel secure during their stay. The cabin is stocked with your safety essentials. Additionally, Holly Lake Ranch has 24/7 staffed security that can be reached in case of any concerns. 

Our cabin is kid-friendly but not childproofed. Please supervise your children at all times. 

Up to two (2) well-mannered house-broken dogs over the age of 1 year old and up-to-date on shots allowed. Must not be left alone unless crated. (Guest must provide crate.) No excessive barking and must be on leash when not in home or in fenced backyard. $75 non-refundable pet fee (for up to 2 dogs) required upon booking. 

No events allowed. Gatherings beyond booked guests are strictly prohibited. Any additional visitors must be approved in writing and names submitted to host to register them with Holly Lake Ranch Security. 

Hank’s Hideaway is a non-smoking and non-vaping rental unit. Smoking, vaping and marijuana use are NOT permitted anywhere within the home.

Jim & I fell in love with Holly Lake Ranch the very first time we visited here! Now, we have the opportunity to share our home and the peaceful beauty of this paradise in the pines. We enjoy exploring and checking out all the fun things to see, area festivals & events and cool restaurants around our East Texas area. <br />

Hosting our guests is a true pleasure and many of these guests have become good friends. We aim for 5-star hospitality and helping our guests make great memories during their stay. Life is too short to stay home!<br />
