This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath rustic cabin sits nestled among the tall pine trees and is fully equipped with all your creature comforts for a relaxing stress-free getaway. Plus, guests have full access to all of the numerous amenities in this vacation LAKE & GOLF RESORT. Whether you are looking to sit back, relax, decompress and watch the wildlife or get out to enjoy all of the community activities, you’ve found the perfect spot.

ABOUT OUR CABIN:
Our home boasts a wood-burning fireplace perfect for cozy evenings indoors, and also has a screened-in back patio with a gas fire pit table to enjoy while sipping on a cup of coffee or your favorite glass of wine and watching the birds, deer and other wildlife that roam freely throughout the property.

Both bedrooms have their own full en-suite bathrooms perfect for privacy and comfort and are supplied with all the necessary bed linens and towels for the convenience of a restful getaway. The master bedroom includes a comfy queen size bed, tons of pillows, large screen TV and plenty of room to relax. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed & a twin bed along with a large screen TV. Both bathrooms have your basic toiletries in case you leave yours behind. We also have a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space.

Open concept kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for visiting with family & friends while preparing meals. Fully appointed kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, electric range, microwave & dishwasher as well as plenty of dishes, pans & cooking utensils. Also provided is a Keurig coffee station.

Getting around

Many guests walk or bike throughout the neighborhood and along the many hiking/walking trails within the resort. Some also choose to get around by golf carts so please be cautious when driving through the community. Golf cart rental information available upon request. Speed limit throughout HLR is 25 mph and is strictly enforced.

Guests have free dedicated parking in our large circular driveway in front of the house that can easily accommodate up to 4 vehicles and a possible trailer for your watercraft or golf cart. No parking is allowed along the street per HOA rules.

Jim & I live here in Holly Lake Ranch so we are easily available if any issues arise. We love meeting our guests and are happy to stop by to say "Hi!", but we also respect the privacy of our guests who prefer to have their alone time while on vacation. Many have also asked to meet our infamous furbaby Hank and have their picture taken with Hank's Hideaway's namesake. He goes everywhere with us so let us know if you would like him to make a celebrity appearance. 😉

Upon arrival to Holly Lake Ranch, guests will need to stop by the Security Office at the front gate to obtain their guest pass. A valid driver's license is required. Guests will then be able to proceed to the rental cabin and can access the unit with an assigned passcode for the front door smart-lock. Full check-in instructions will be sent to the guest within 48-hours prior to arrival.
No events allowed

No pets
Up to two (2) well-mannered house-broken dogs over the age of 1 year old and up-to-date on shots allowed. Must not be left alone unless crated. (Guest must provide crate.) No excessive barking and must be on leash when not in home or in fenced backyard. $75 non-refundable pet fee (for up to 2 dogs) upon booking.

Primary Renter must be at least 25 years of age and is required to be staying on-site in the rental cabin for the duration of the reservation. No 3rd-party bookings are accepted.
Maximum occupancy
House Rules
*Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must stay in the rental cabin during the reserved dates.
*A copy of the driver's license of the primary renter must be submitted upon booking.
*All guests 18+ years of age must be listed on the Rental Agreement which is submitted to Holly Lake Security to register for required guest passes.
*A maximum of 6 people are allowed to occupy the rental cabin.
*No parties and no unauthorized guests are allowed without prior written approval.
*No smoking or vaping are allowed in the rental unit.
*Approved pet(s) must not be left alone in the rental unit or in the fenced yard and must be current on all vaccinations.
*Guests should be respectful of the quiet atmosphere of the community. No loud noise or music that would be disturbing to the neighbors and other homeowners.
*Anyone bringing a boat or other watercraft to be used on HLR lakes will incur a $50 guest use fee collected at the Security Office upon arrival.
*Primary renter is responsible for conveying house rules to all guests.
*Rental Agreement will need to be reviewed and signed within 72 hours of booking to finalize reservation.

Payment Policy
Full payment along with a $250 Security Deposit are payable upon booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days after check-out as long as all house rules have been followed and no damaged or missing items.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get be refunded 100% of the total amount paid. For reservations cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the reservation fees will be refunded plus the full amount of the security deposit and cleaning fee. Any cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, traveler will not be refunded any of the reservation fees, but will be refunded the full security deposit and cleaning fee.
